Delivery
Bedframes are delivered via standard delivery service.
Delivery is a drop-off service only and does not include unpacking, assembly, or placement. Items will be delivered to the ground floor or entrance of the property.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery applies to ground level access with clear and unobstructed entry.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Stairs or lift access
- Difficult or restricted access
- Long carry distances
If no one is in attendance at the scheduled delivery time, a redelivery fee may apply.

Care
Our bedframes are finished in soft fabric designed for everyday use while maintaining a clean, refined appearance.
To care for the fabric, we recommend regular vacuuming using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and maintain its texture. Avoid abrasive cleaners or contact with rough or sharp objects that may damage the surface.
When moving the bed or headboard, always lift rather than drag to preserve the fabric and overall structure.
Cleaning
In the event of spills, gently blot with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid rubbing, as this may affect the fabric.
Removable covers can be unzipped and machine washed on a cold, delicate cycle. Wash with covers zipped and turned inside out. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
Line dry only. Do not tumble dry or dry clean, as this may cause shrinkage.
