Delivery Pricing

Shipping is calculated after checkout. Due to the size, weight and handling requirements of our pieces, delivery is quoted individually for each order.

Once your order is placed, our team will be in touch to confirm a tailored delivery cost based on your location, item size and access requirements.

Delivery will be scheduled once shipping has been confirmed and approved.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on stock availability, location and scheduling. All timeframes provided are estimates and may be subject to change.

In-stock items:
Metro VIC: approximately 4–8 business days
Metro NSW: approximately 4–8 business days
Metro QLD: approximately 4–8 business days
Metro ACT: approximately 4–8 business days
Metro SA: approximately 4–8 business days
Metro WA: approximately 4–8 business days
Metro NT: approximately 7–10 business days

Pre-order items:
Estimated arrival timeframes are outlined on each product page. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, our team will contact you to arrange delivery at a suitable time.

Regional areas are serviced on scheduled runs and delivery timeframes will vary depending on location.

Delivery Options

Our standard delivery service is a white glove experience, designed to ensure your furniture is handled with care from warehouse to placement within your home.

This includes careful transport, delivery to your preferred space, and removal of protective packaging where applicable.

In certain cases, a drop-off only service may be available upon request. This service includes delivery to the premises only and does not include placement, unpacking or installation.

Our Delivery Service

We provide a premium delivery experience focused on care, presentation and professionalism.

Delivery is typically completed to ground floor. For multi-level access, delivery above ground level is subject to safe access and the discretion of the delivery team.

If access is deemed unsafe or unfeasible, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful and additional charges may apply.

Access & Preparation

To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend confirming that all items will fit through entryways, hallways, staircases and lifts prior to delivery.

Please ensure access paths are clear and the delivery space is prepared ahead of arrival.

Where additional time, labour or equipment is required due to access constraints, additional charges may apply.

Delivery Attendance

Customers will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm timing.

If no one is available at the agreed time, a redelivery fee may apply.

Please ensure all contact details are correct at the time of purchase.

Authority to Leave

If authority is provided to leave items unattended, this is done at the customer’s risk.

Once goods have been delivered, signed for, or left as authorised, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Inspection on Delivery

We recommend all items are inspected at the time of delivery. Any concerns should be noted and reported to our team as soon as possible.

Insurance

All deliveries are covered while in transit under our logistics partners.

Coverage ceases once goods are delivered, signed for, or left with authority.

Non-Standard Delivery

Certain pieces may require specialised handling due to their size, weight or material. In these cases, additional delivery charges may apply.

If a delivery quote is not accepted, customers may choose to cancel their order for a full refund prior to dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline delivery to locations that are deemed inaccessible or outside of our serviceable areas.

Warehouse Collection

Collection from our warehouse is available upon request.

All items must be inspected at the time of collection and signed as received in good condition.

Once collected, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.

Storage

We are able to hold orders for up to three months from the date of purchase at no additional cost.

Storage beyond this period may incur a weekly fee.
